This is Rushan! Her mother was the cryo yaksha (whose design I nicked from one of my friends' design for the cryo yaksha; she's from Genshin Russia) so she's half adeptus. Her father was some rando from Liyue. This is why she has two tails! Essentially just a nod to her parentage :3

She is not officially affiliated with any nation and instead her role is more like Volo's fake one in PLA (wandering merchant) with her adopted little brother, Atlas!

She's an axe user (I guess technically that would be polearm if we consider arleccino?)
