Maintenance Depot 403E, now more commonly known as "The Safehouse" is a cancelled and abandoned construction located at the midway point of the [Now decommissioned] Eliensa A Tramway. The project was started in Raamis 2872 and cancelled in Ysiik 2873. An unknown group of Non-Empowered affiliates have seemingly taken over the building, preventing entry without authorisation via unknown means.
