With this pact, Lancelot,
you will become my Eidolon
and I, your Summoner.

This was the moment that my current PC, Keeva, and Lancelot formed their pact and he became her eidolon, permanently connecting their souls together until the day Keeva dies, with him acting as her protector for that time. Neither of them at this point were happy about this; Keeva is hurt because she was forced to release the service of her previous eidolon, something that was emotionally painful for her. Lan is accepting of this 'punishment', but it was shameful going from being a Summer Court Noble to being an eidolon at the service of another, and with no choice in the matter. He knows he's being made an example out of, to not be killed and reborn, but to lose everything he is.

It was a lot of fun making the background for this, and figuring out the lighting was a fun challenge. I think this is one of my favorite things I've ever drawn even over a year later.
