SaltyXO babes!
I love drawing and writing and daydreaming and videogames #diva
SO! A few weeks ago I encountered this amazing project for a videogame called Bel's Fanfare. It was soooo cool looking and it gave me a real feeling of hope - in the sense that it's refreshing to see that fans, creators, artists, players all still value good human creativity and storytelling, especially in this 'age of AI'.
I have a few projects that I'm working on myself and I hope to one day make them, organise them or share them with others,,, but that's besides the point. The makers of Bel's Fanfare recently opened their kickstarter back up (since they already achieved funding) for last minute backers... and I was feeling so inspired - I just wanted to help out a little just so it would be realised.
Before this, I honestly had no clue about kickstarter and that regular everyday people could make accounts on there, but ofc... like obvi you can, so I did. Now my name is going to be in the credits LOL
Anyway. The project looks awesome and there are so many amazing projects that independant artists and developers are working on and it's just a light in this world, truly.
Here's a link to the kickstarter if anyone wants to check it out!!! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/chibig/bels-fanfare
Hiiiiiii to anyone that reads this
I’m Aiden, Aka saltybadg (aka saltyxo, aka salty) and I’m a bit of an artist.
I’ve been drawing for my whole life - and I don’t intend on stopping 😏-
It’s been going okay ish, but I am really inconsistent with my uploads and people seldom ever see anything I make, and I want that to change.
I used to post to twitter but that’s gone down the shitter (no pun intended) ever since it became 3l0n’s “x”. So I don’t want to use it anymore 💗
Now I post to instagram but I don’t want my work to be scraped by AI… I also get no likes which is fun and encouraging!
I was super inspired by Maepop/Romcom19 to start posting to somewhere different and this website looks cute so I’m gonna try using it.
Stick around,
Accompany me in an artful journey perhaps?
