#DietDoodles is launching a (mostly) read-only Discord server! Keep up to date with the latest information about future challenges and when new ones drop with optional roles you can be pinged with!

Why read-only? There's a few reasons

• The server is intended to act as a notification system as opposed to a social hub. Because of #DietDoodles quarterly schedule, it can be easy to miss when the next challenge has dropped. This seeks to alleviate that
• In order to keep moderation needs to a minimum, only a handful of channels have permissions set to allow messages from non moderators
• People of all ages are welcome to participate in #DietDoodles. Making channels read-only helps with minor safety. Having open channels would require a significant increase in moderation staff or making the server 18+, preventing younger users from receiving updates
