I finally finished this artwork after years of not touching the file. Today I share my character Baeld Valor who is the ruler of the Eternal Floods Region of Altai. He is one of the Royal's of Altai . He speaks but the only word that comes out is Bagel. However Rufus can understand him since Rufus has telekinetic powers.
