gwydion is the oldest of tyche and cynrics clutch, and the oldest of cybeles six siblings. as a young adult she leaves her family and the deerwood - called "fallen herd" at this time - for the big city of lafossa

she learns a lot of trades bouncing around the city - wax maker, glass maker, furrier, shes done it all. not that she has a choice... the deerwood has collapsed, her entire extended family and community along with it, and this is now the only life she knows

seelie meets gwydion during one of their few excursions outside without their necromancer. she gives them vital outside perspective on their situation and lends an understanding, if blunt, ear. is it kinda corny that theyre long lost siblings who dont know it? sure. but i wanted seelie to be friendly with someone who isnt orchidee. and i liked the name gwydion a lot out of all their other siblings names. so there!!!
