did you know sometimes youre allowed to draw a normal bust of someone and you dont have to do a full scene or the whole body or anything? and sometimes you can get kinda sketchy with it even if you feel compelled not to? am i the only one hearing of this, just now? surely this isnt common knowledge

ive only drawn sancha once before, which is a shame because imho i think shes one of the most striking of my unicorns so far. i havent thought much about her since drawing her with rodrigo, but i still think she has potential. maybe this was the portrait given to him while she scouted for a third husband? personally i would find the daisy imagery threatening given that her previous two husbands are dead under mysterious circumstances, but i dont think recipients of this portrait would be focused on that
