A second submission for the Pokemon variance collab on Newgrounds. Wasn't sure if I would get this finished in time or not, submitted it with like 3/4 hours left on the deadline lol.

Originally I wasn't gonna make a Vaporeon submission because I don't really think regional eeveelutions make a whole lot of sense. But then I remembered that paradox pokemon were also allowed, so that seemed like a good enough excuse to me.
