A city that oftenly rains, and sun never shows up, but there can be days that has no rain but just cloudy

Most people in there are optimistic, so you have helpers around there

And there's a Stadium over there and next to the Valley Park, their sports include: Badminton, Soccer, Football, Track and Field (Race, Sprint, Discuss, Hurdles, and Juvenile, and discuss), sometimes there can be a concert there

gladly the stadium has seal roof incase of rain

Next is Valley Park, is usually just shows the entrance and exit, it is wide, but the park itself isn't really deep, so just take babysteps to get back up and you are fine, everything is safe, except for Rains

The Twila-mall, supposed to be has the rooftop that shows the entire view of the City itself but there are than this map shown

For this place, umbrellas are common in there, and they usually sell normal stuff (as optimistic citizens in this city)

I've dreamed about that place so I decide to sketch it out from my imagination and trying to remember what that place I see in my dream
