so it turns out i have shingles 🤠

but seriously y'all get you a man who will offer to go to your doctor's appointments with you, who will bully your doctors into giving you the care you need if he needs to (he didn't, the doctor i saw was fantastic), who will buy you ice cream when you get home, and then take you to cvs to pick up your prescription, and also a bunch of random stuff you needed from cvs anyway, and then go to goodwill with you and get cool new outfits and stuff for the house, and then order you dinner when you get back because you're too weak to cook 🥺

idk i'm just sappy today i love this man so much and he makes me feel so safe and he takes such good care of me 🥺 because of him i don't have to go through this alone, because of him i actually had a good, fun day yesterday, despite the agonizing pain

as far as i can tell i'm about to be in the contagious phase (don't ask) so i might not be able to touch him for a week (i'm too weak to be out of bed for too long anyway tbh) and i miss him already. my soulmate, my sunshine, the light of my life
