This is Duskflame, younger sister of Crossflame and the Cybertronian version of Melina.
Her alt mode... to go along with the old gag with her is a Honda Accord. At first, just as loyal to the Decepticons as her brother, but after the war moved off Cybertron, she found herself arriving on Earth and tried to stay neutral to the conflicts.
Her blue optic is also a reference to Melina's if you take the Frenzied flame ending.
