The theme for this heart is from Proverbs 4:21-27, but mostly verse 23: "Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life."

All you do/say flows out of what's in your heart- so keep it well! Be careful what it hears. Feels. Who you give it to. It requires much wisdom... which is what Proverbs is all about!
