Qara is the PRM's cabinet head of the Ministry of Culture. Her ministry helps recover and manage artifacts (some of which are recovered after being stolen) and manages museums in the country. However, her job is a lot more dry than one would think, and she usually spends her time doing paperwork or slacking off and eavesdropping with her friends. She's an introvert that loves history and archaeology. Qara is a huge lesbian, but has an amused fixation on Gansukh's weird undiagnosed-autistic antics.
