I was debating if I wanted to post this or not, but I decided to. Made it using the same template I used for my other OCs in the previous OC post.

This is Scott (he/him). He's an ace pilot working for the Union National Guard, the same institution that Mahrodan works for. He's also a Techie, which is a race of beings known for three things:

1. Techie hands float disconnected from the body, with no arms.
2. Techies come in a wide variety of colors, which is non-hereditary. Scott is a yellow Techie.
3. Techies are born with a "skill", something specific that they are naturally gifted at. As you can imagine, this does indeed create a LOT of moral and philosophical issues in Techie society.
