ref for baby.... dougy is the child of Volteer and Cho Lei! and spyro's baby brother (and adoptive baby brother). He was born with a mutation of blue lightning (the rarest form of lightning) however this mutation also means he had other health issues, including underdeveloped wings. he's a sweet lil guy!
