Something about Twitter makes me feel like all the art I see on there is just meant to be consumed.. some of it even feels engineered in a lab to attract as many likes and retweets as possible.. and all the art I see here just seems to have more soul, it's honestly really inspiring, makes me want to draw more of my own characters instead of fanart.. also no stupid twitter drama and hot takes by people who dont even fucking draw or hate seeing art styles that aren't anime inspired lol.

it's just really nice to see a website actually meant for artists and only artists especially after Colors3d just died
Like I just draw for fun I'm not trying to get a million followers or an industry career lol. nothing wrong with that but it just felt like a competition all the time.
