this is Echo, my goofy mermaid oc :)
I wanted to have fun with the "mer" aspect, so instead of hair I gave her big ol' fins on her head! I would imagine the fins are similar to the big thick ones that whales have. probably not very practical for swimming but whatever I think they're silly
Her outfits are all inspired by the 2000s :)
