i HATE shopping, so I just made a bunch of gifts this year. I finished this one just this month

back in 2016 I made my mom a little statue of her dog Donut. She's been asking for a matching statue of our other dog, Monkey Bread, who passed this year. It took a few months to ready myself, but memories fade so it was now or never if I wanted a good representation of my girl.

It was surprisingly fun. A bit hard, but I enjoyed looking over her pictures. I really missed clay sculpting too. It's not the same as working with ceramics, but it still hit the spot.
