a sona idea i've had rattling around for a while now - a smeargle (any pronouns) who can sketch whatever it wants into reality!

Its moves are

• Fly (looks like smeargle is wearing paper wings with ink feathers)
• Psychic (a blot of ink opens up into a third eye and allows it to move objects with its mind)
• Cut (a perspective trick: a slash of ink through any object in its line of sight allows the object to be cut in two! ...it's basically the Power Slash from Okami)
• Transform (a paper mask allows it to take the form of whatever it drew! markings, accessories, and such vary depending on form, but the alt forms all look like ink doodles cut out of a sketchbook!) Examples: Furret, Meowscarada

I was hesitant to include Transform in the move set (why design a character if I'm going to use a bunch of random alt forms instead), but until now I've been using underrepresented pokemon like tynamo or magnemite. I didn't want to give up my funky lil guys! Luckily the sketchbook aesthetic ties them all together while still giving the base form utility.
