BASICALLY Matt is trying to convince Cas to drop a friend of hers (Khaos, one of her first close friends) cause he'd like to date her, but doesn't want to put his image on the line just for her n her "weird" friend. And with her still not used to her new witch-y powers, this kinda sets off her magic and she ends up accidentally burning him after this.
