An OC for the web novel Needleminder.

She's a bird(...?) woman who is always trying to give people her food. She doesn't seem to care that most people don't want to be fed raw meat or cafeteria leftovers, and saying "no" to her is not really an option, due to her tendency to violence if people dismiss her. She doesn't like to be ignored, and will not go away until she has sufficiently "helped" whoever she encounters. She always believes she is doing the "right thing" and will get very condescending when told she's bothering someone.

Her arms are weak and she prefers to manipulate objects with her beak when possible. Her arms are always growing small feathers that she immediately plucks out before they can develop any further.

Her "body" (the black fuzzy part) seems to never end, no matter where she is in perceived space. It always just kind of fades into the distance or completely disappears out of view.

Her face never changes expression, but her mouth can open and close. The skin on her head and neck is bunched up and wrinkled like a very thick fabric.
