Back at it again with the system member fursona references. This is Rey! He's had a lot of iterations over the years, but I think this design has distilled the best combination of all their old ones. There's some lore involved with this design from a "fursona as a character" standpoint, but that's too many words for a Sheezyart description, so I'll just let the ref stand for itself for now.
