Drew my Stardew Valley player character from the solo run I am doing right now, which is my first time ever doing a Joja run. She's a Joja corporate employee who, in an attempt by HR to get her out of the office where no one liked her due to her being overly blunt and rude to her coworkers, got offered an assignment on a farm in a nowhere town that the company was trying to expand into. She gladly accepted because she was told there would be chickens. And there are indeed chickens. She is required by Joja to wear the branded work shirt as part of her "community outreach" position.
