This commission is for Slithice Cultist and features Melinoë the enoki. I really latched on to the part of her lore that states Mel specializes in harvesting the souls of mortals who dare to dabble in the occult... so I thought it would be interesting to illustrate a scene where a mortal obsessed with magic and the occult has finally achieved a successful summoning. Mel walks around the dimly lit room - amused by all the objects and trinkets in this mortal's collection. She picks up a wolf skull and smiles at it. This mortal certainly did their homework, and although some of these treasures don't have much to do with summoning an enoki, they somehow managed to get her summoning circle right.
