The life of a princess is famously luxurious and coveted– but not for Kitty.
Born at the start of a new century as a singleton, her arrival was met with utter shock. The royal bloodline had always borne twins on the centennial, and yet here was Adelais, all by herself. Her parents surmised that she must have inherited Jupiter’s Curse . The theory was only cemented as strange, magical incidents occurred around the newborn princess, something that was kept hush-hush within the royal family. They did all they could to suppress information about her curse and tried to sway the narrative, but there was no way around it. Once word got out that there was a singular royal born, the public connected the dots, and thus ensued the gossip & fearmongering. And so began her life as the cursed princess.

HUZZAH, finally got around to getting these done! Earlier this year, I redid my toyhouse profiles for my main three: both the codes and the actual bios themselves. Since then, I've been wanting to redo their "lore portraits" that sit next to their backstory texts since the old ones were ugly AND outdated! ;w;

Adelais' is probably the most literal/less metaphorical of the three, but I think her having a more grounded piece helps convey her story a little better! Kept the portrait motif from her old lore piece but tweaked it a little to better reflect her updated lore/character.
She probably shouldn't be reading in the dark- girl ur going to strain ur eyes!!
