heya chat, so uh im new to html and ive been working on a nekoweb site made from a f2u base and im wondering if theres a way to make multiple like pages in one site that all use the same layout and automatically update? i dunno how to explain uhhhhrhrh
like is there a way to make it so that only one section of my page changes when u go to a different page, and if i edit the main page then they all update?

helo!! i did an art style study of someones style, and was wondering if i could post it or if it would be copying/stealing? i tried matching my art as close as possible to theirs, so would it still be allowed? i honestly dont mind if its not, i would just like clarification ^^
