This is my own riff on an art trend I see around here where people draw their character, then pair it with some thematically matching, usually super angsty song lyrics written out in the background. I wanted to do something a tad less on the nose than drawing my character bleeding everywhere with fairly direct Korn lyrics pasted in the back, so I came up with this. If you get it, sweet. If you don't, pull your own meaning from it. I guess that's the beauty of art. It's all subjective.
