getting out of artblock when all u want is an anvil to drop on ur drawing hand and tablet so u never have to try to draw again

feeling like your art skills have plateaued and u aren't improving
i'm rly struggling and demotivated and looking at my art from the past 5 years, it all looks the same :(
gimme ur tips, tricks... how do you actively work on improving your art and skills? do i need to spend all my time on studies? how do i do that?? ART SCHOOL??? YOUTUBE? BOOKS? AAAA HELPP AAAAHH im going bonkers
