I've shown them here before but this is Menon, they're an stupid deltarune oc that I've had as a concept for a while but didn't draw them until a few months ago, they're inspired by the december 2009 youtube hacking incident and ytp to an extent (not in design but def in other areas such as speaking patterns), they're still kind of a wip lol
