Vie Smol-ified for SirWow

The chibi-fication process went awry, now his robes are too big!!

A bit quicker drawing than most of my other attacks, since it was drawn during the last days of Artfight and I was trying to fit in as many attacks as I could manage. Loosely based on the black mage from final fantasy.
