Zulfiqarel is a higher class angelic being, and just as bizarre as most of them. His stature is not that impressive, he is not even a meter tall, even with his halo included. His head presents as a mere skull, floating above his neck. Nine eyes on his metal halo are basically all-seeing and never blink. He has two non-all-seeing eyes as well (which are separate eyeballs with eyelids), those either float around his head or sometimes stay in his eye sockets. His cape is also his wings.
He is the accountant of lifes, who writes up every single soul ever lived and the events of their lives, and sometimes other happenings what universe has to offer. He's not tied in time, he has all time he ever needs. He has used books and bottle ink with a feather pen ever since the beginning of times and he prefers it that way no matter which kind of inventions there has been and will be on the way.
His most common phrase used is “bloody hell”, for various reasons. Mostly due to somebody having multiple lives or traveling in time, that all messes his careful writing. He has learnt to write really tiny text in marginals.

In my headworld "angel" is an umbrella term to beings who are not tied in time, they're not to be count good or evil, and do various things outside all normal reality.
