Original Description:
The young dragoness clung to the trunk of the fallen tree letting her tail swing from side to side.
“Will daddy come home soon?”, she asked watching a snowflake fall unto the tip of her nose.
“I hope so hun.”, her mother replied, wrapping one wing around her daughter.
“Will he come in time for dinner?”, the little one continued to ask dragging a little chuckle from her mother. “If we’re lucky, dad will be the one who brings dinner.”, she answered lowering her head to lick some snow off her daughters cheek.
“Then I’ll wait right here.”, Skathi replied eagerly.
“No, dear. You’ll catch a cold. Let’s go back inside.”

Yay, finished entry for =Erailis contest that ends today. I’m glad I made it in time! D: It was a season-themed draw-my-character contest c: And I chose winter because I somehow never drew a winter-ish background before o: In fact all backgrounds seem to be in a summer setting. I never noticed.
I thought the title is fitting. We’re having Advent right now, plus the image depicts winter aswell, plus Advent comes from the latin word for “waiting” c:
