Rarity is a unicorn mare who works in her own boutique in Ponyville, but has dreams of expanding all over Equestria, especially Canterlot. Despite her poor origins, she likes to drape herself with jewelry. She is well known for her generous nature around town, often giving her hard earned jewels away to ponies who need them more. She is good friends with Fluttershy and Twilight.
