The routes 12 through 15 are H E L L. No pokecenters, no NPC that can heal you, no flying... You either push through or backtrack to the closest pokecentre. Thank god for Bio's high health and Trash-attack.

Story of Blade Swift - Abomanation"Okasan ! Shô won't stop crying!" Dove peeked her head from the kitchen and saw her two sons, Ruy and Shô, sitting on the living-room floor. The elder brother had been playing with the small foal when it had started crying all of the sudden. Ruy had tried everything, making funny faces, tickling, playing peek-a-boo, but the yellow earth-pony colt would not calm down. "What do I do?" Ruy asked, almost panicking. Dove giggled. "Babies just like to cry sometimes. Let him cry it all out." she said and went back to cooking. Ruy looked down on the baby pony, crying it's eyes out for no reason. The colt could not understand why Shô had to cry so much. Dad would not be happy about it... Suddenly Ruy got an idea! Shô's teddy bear seemed to always calm the baby whenever mom would sing him to sleep. "Wait here you pesky lil Brimstone!" Ruy giggled and ruffled the small cyan-blue tuft of hair on the colt's head. "Onii-chan will be back soon!" Ruy galloped to their room and found the bear laying on the side of the crib. Being too short to climb in himself, and the bear being too big to squeeze through the bars, Ruy had to use his magic to get it. But he was still learning, so it took him longer than what he would have liked. Once he finally did, he was excited! Not only would Shô calm down before dad came home, but he could also tell his parents how good his magic was getting! They would be so proud of him... "Leave him alone!" "Can't you even keep the damn abomination quiet for two minutes? What kind of mother are you?" "Ruy cried just as much as he did, but that didn't seem to bother you!" "I come home after a long and tired day with a headache and you think it's acceptable for you to scream at your husband!" "It is when you hurt my babies!" Oh no... Ruy ran to the door only to witness his mother covering Shô with her body while his father was looming over them, looking furious. While Ruy had been gone, Crowned Diamond had come back home, indeed after a long and tiring day, with a headache. And first thing he saw and heard was his younger son crying his eyes out. Diamond hated Shô. Ruy wasn't sure why, but he always had. So when the small pony started to crawl towards it's father in search of protection, Diamond had roughly pushed the colt away from him with detest. Dove had witnessed this and immediately jumped into protecting her young. Now the bear Ruy had held in his magic fell on the floor. With horror he watched his parents yell at each other. Even Shô, who had started to cry again after being pushed, stopped, as if knowing that his crying would only make things worse. "I tell you one more time; don't you dare to hurt my babies!" Dove snarled, her horn sparking with weakened magic. "How dare you threaten me? When you know full well that this abomination is all your fault!" Diamond snarled back, his horn sparking in retaliation. "OTOSAN ! Stop!" Ruy yelled after throwing himself between his parents. He looked at his father with teary eyes. "Don't hurt my brother! Or mother! Please!" Diamond took a step back after seeing his older son's face. Without saying anything, he simply turned and left. He would eat outside and sleep in his office. Again. Ruy fought tears as Dove gave him a tight hug. "Thank you, Koibito. " she whispered. "Why does dad hate Shô so much?" Ruy sobbed. Dove looked up and sighed. "Take you brother and help him in the chair. I'll tell you over dinner..."Birds of Prey - WallbreakerHe had no idea what he was. He felt like there was no-one like him in the world. This was a scary though to him. As he laid in the white nest with the warm light above him, he heard strange noises around him, whispering to him. He did not understand what their words meant, and that scared him. When he was big enough he was let out in a place with a lot of foliage. He felt safe there, but he needed more space. When the walls opened and let him out, he was on a field. On the distance he saw trees and shrubs lean over a great lake. It was better, but still not good enough for him. He needed more. At first he tried to get used to the area around him. He hunted the white four legged creatures, swam in the lake and napped under the shade of the trees. But his instinct told him the area was too small for him. He needed more space, more hunting-ground. But the white stone walls of the area stood in his way. He felt rage grow inside him and smashed his body against the wall. It let out a little under him, and he felt there was more space behind it. Then he knew what he needed to do! He had to break the stone and expand his area. It felt most logical in this situation, so he began to break the rock again. But before he was even half way there he heard humming above him. He raised his head to see a strange black bird with one wing fly above him. Fear froze his heart and he dashed away to the other side of his field. But before he made it, he felt so tired his eyes forced shut and he crashed on the ground. When he woke up he was groggy for a while, but then as he looked around him he noticed his field was bigger! The walls were now further away, there were more trees and there were now two lakes. There were multiple gray platforms that gave him food and more white creatures to chase. He had to sit down and think about this for a while. How and why had this happened? The black bird had appeared when he had started breaking the stone to expand his area. It put him to sleep and he woke up with a bigger field. These things had to be connected. We humans understand the situation completely. When the dinosaur starts acting angry and tried to break the walls, it means it is unhappy with something. The creature needs to be put to sleep and the things that cause it's uneasiness need to be changed while it sleeps. This dinosaur was different from the ones they had created before, so they didn't quite know what caused it's anger, but came into conclusion that a big predator needs a larger area to claim it's own. So they took down the old walls and expanded the area, hoping this was the answer to the question. But he could not understand it this way. To him, a magical black bird had heard his wish and granted it. Either way, he now had more space, and that was all he cared about. Despite this, he felt empty. He ate and drank, and yet he was empty. And it aggravated him. O great black bird who grands wishes, he called out one night, come and fill the emptiness inside me! he roared to the skies. But it didn't come. Angrier than before, he came to the wall. In the wall, there was a strangely formed rock. Inside the rock, he saw small creatures that looked at him. They stood on two legs, like him, but upright. They spoke the tongue he had heard when he was a hatchling, and came into conclusion they had been there when he was born. Why are you inside the rock? he tried to ask them, but they didn't answer, just chatted among one another. Answer me! he roared at the creatures, and they took few steps back, talking louder now and pointing at him. Fury took him over again and he smashed his claws against the rock, roaring again. This time the small creatures called out a high-pitched call and ran. Soon the rock was empty. Once again, a human would understand this differently. To a human, the rock in the wall is a viewing platform where people may have a close contact with the dinosaurs inside the paddock, while still being safe. To them, a roaring dinosaur is a magnificent sight, something worth pointing at. But when a carnivore roars and hits it's claws against the metal of the platform, it is worth running away from. But to him, he felt like he had won the small creatures and shown them he was the boss. But before he could get back to his resting place, the black bird appeared. O black bird, have you come to grand my wish? he roared at it, not running away from it this time. Now as he fell asleep, he knew when he woke, the empty feeling would be gone, and all would be well. He did indeed wake, but was not sure what had clanged. Then he noticed the rock where the small creatures had been inside was gone. The white walls now covered that place as well. Nothing else in the paddock had not changed. He looked around confused. He tried to feel if the emptiness was still there, but like a human who tried to force themselves to hear the clock ticking over other noises, he could not find the feeling at that point. Glad, he went to the lake to drink, and maybe even have a swim. But as days went by, the feeling came back. Angry he roared at the skies at the black bird. Perhaps it didn't grand wishes after all? He needed to sit and think again. If the black bird wasn't magic, what was it then? His thought came back to small creatures behind the wall. They were small enough for him to swallow in one go! How could they just stand there and stare at him instead of fearing him right away? Sure, they had ran when he tried to attack, but before that they had not shown any fear against him. He came to think that maybe the creatures and the bird were connected somehow. After all, it had appeared when he was breaking the wall, and thus coming to their area. And it came again when he tried to attack the creature inside the rock. Soon it all made sense! The creatures had sent the bird to put him to sleep to protect them! Angered, he wanted to bash in another wall, but knew the black bird would attack again. But that got him thinking, there must have been a way to trick the bird? Maybe he could trick it to fly lower so he could attack it and take it down? And then nothing would protect the creatures and he would have as big of an area as he wanted! Now he felt like his whole life had one reason, and it was to destroy as many of those small creatures as possible. And thus he began his work. Once again he would break the walls, only in show, to lure in the black bird. Then he would run to the woods. As he was sheltered by the trees, the bird had to fly a bit lower, but not low enough for him to grab it. After seeing that he was no longer at the wall, the bird retreated. Blast , he thought. He had to think of something else. If the bird would not come to him, he had to go to the bird! But, he could not fly. He could, however, climb. He found the tallest and strongest tree in his paddock, and climbed it. It seemed easy enough, from here, he could try to jump the bird. He only had one chance at it, and he had to make it count. That night, he was crashing the walls again. Upon hearing the bird, he retreated in the forest. As the bird was trying to find him in the woods, he climbed the tree... And jumped with a mighty roar. His teeth sunk into something hard. He felt the bird come down with him. Luckily for him, one of the lakes was just under them, and they crashed into the water. He let go of the black bird and swam away a little. He looked at the sinking bird with pride. He had done it! Now there was nothing stopping him from--- wait! There was something coming out of the bird! He saw as two, three small creatures swam towards the surface. The same creatures he had seen inside the rock. The ones that had talked to him when he was young. It all made sense to him now. He almost felt dumb for not getting it earlier. These creatures, they controlled everything. The walls, the bird, him. He was here because of them. For what? He then realized the creatures watching him inside the rock, pointing at him... He was entertainment for them. He was filled with rage as he swam towards the fleeing creatures. With a mighty snap, he ate his first human. And then second. Third one got on land and tried to run. But he caught it with few steps. He knocked it down with his snout and looked at it. It's flat face was filled with fear. "What am I to you?" he growled at it. But it only screamed. He silenced it with one snap. And thus, he broke the wall between him and them. He heard their high pitched calls. He saw them run from him. He was filled with pride. "I will claim this land as MINE you pathetic creatures!" he roared, and with mighty steps, made his way between the screaming creatures to take a look at his new kingdom. He had forgotten all about the emptiness inside him. For now at least...Story of Blade Swift - Give me strenght"What's happening!?" Ruy yelled as he watched the horror-show of his brother twitching and screaming in the cradle of light blue electricity. "The magic-levels rose to uncontrollable levels! The horn is overheating and spreading unstable magic around itself! Sir! I said it was not safe to test the horn yet!" the head scientist shouted over the blaring alarms to Crowned Diamond, who did not respond. All he did was to stare at the small yellow earth pony twitch on the air, screams going quiet as his throat was going sore. His face was twisted in horror and pain, but whether this was because of the sight of seeing his son in pain, or the knowledge of making a mistake so grave, nopony knew... "You KNEW this could happen!?" Ruy snarled at his father. "You KNEW it was unsafe! And yet you still threw your OWN SON to it like he was trash!" Crowned Diamond didn't know how to answer. Before he could form one word, Ruy had already turned his back to his father. "You're a monster. I promise mother I would protect Shô, but I never thought she meant from his own FATHER!" the white unicorn shouted again, heading to the door of the testing-area. "Ru-Ruy-kun!? What are you doing!?" the head scientist shouted upon seeing this, and this snapped Diamond out of his trance. "Since none of you are doing anything to save my brother, I might as well do it myself!" Ruy yelled, opening the door with fury, only to be overwhelmed by the magic gushing inside. "Ruy! You stay right there!" Diamond tried to shout with the authority he had used to boss his sons before. But His voice was weak compared to the screams of the small earth pony. And Ruy could not ignore them. "Diamond, Shô is your SON! But if you are so ready to throw him away..." Ruy snarled. "Then you shall lose us BOTH!" and with that he dashed inside the test-cube, galloping towards his brother. "Ruy-kun!" the head scientist shouted after him. But when the young stallion showed no intend to stop, she continued: "Remove the horn off him! If the horn doesn't have a vessel to suck magic out of, then it should turn off!" "What are you doing!? STOP HIM!" Crowned Diamond shouted. "Kongō-sama, your son has better magical abilities than any of us compared. Above that, he has the motivation to saving his brother that the rest of us lack. Including you..." that last part was spat out so venomly that Crowned Diamond's rage vanished. The head scientist knew she might get fired for that, but at this point, she would probably walk out anyway. "SHÔ!" Ruy shouted as he tried to reach his brother with his magic. But there was some kind of protective shield around Shô. Ruy didn't have much time to think, so he simply jumped towards his brother. The force-field let him inside, and Ruy assumed it was only protecting Shô from magic. But when he finally got a hold of his brother, he felt the pain the earth pony must have been through this whole time. Electrical currents going through his whole body, each of his muscles was twitching and his blood felt like it was boiling. But Ruy would not let the pain he felt overwrite his own head. He had to save Shô! He was the last piece of family he had left! He hardly counted Crowned Diamond as anything but a monster who was ready to get his brother killed for profit! He had made a promise for mother! He would either save Shô, or die trying! Now that he was inside the force-field, he tried to use his magic again, and this time he got a hold of the horn. But with that came a new sensation. Now instead of inner feelings of overloading magic, he felt his skin burning. The horn was attacking him, trying to protect it's host. 'Mother, give me strength!' Ruy thought, and didn't let go of the horn. He was so close! All he had to do was to muster enough power to pull it off! He held his brother, now silent, as his vocal cords were too tired to scream anymore, and tried to muster enough energy to save him. And as if a higher power had indeed given him that strength, the horn finally snapped off Shô's head. Just as Ruy was throwing the horn to his right, it exploded into another wave of blue sparks.
