*Piccolo could not take his eyes off the three smiling baby nameks in his arms. He felt the stress and anxiety he had had just seconds ago slowly melting away. Wiping away the tears he could not help but smile.

"Piccolo?" Gohan asked with a hushed tone.

The namekian glanced at the half-saiyan and smiled.

"You know, Gohan..." he started, and brought the triplets closer to him and he hugged them against his chest.

"I think it might be fine in the end..."*

Another random idea I had one day: What if Piccolo had all of his three kids AT THE SAME TIME? Not only would it be way more chaotic, but also way more stressful for the first time dad (technically first time, since he's taken care of babies before etc but you know what I mean). There would be way more drama and due to constantly being on edge due to stress, Piccolo would be nowhere near as kind and patient he is with his kids in the main TFE-story. But he loves his kids all the same in both.

Nothing would change with the kids, other than the fact that they are all the same age now. Tora would still become a musician, Fange would become a martial artist and Eta would be the next Kami. The only thing what would change is that Eta is now a runt instead of a premie, hence their smaller size.

Mostly this AU would affect Piccolo the most, giving him both the stress and bliss of fatherhood in trice the amount than in the OG timeline.
