Commissioned to design a few fakemon, always a fun time! ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-

The idea was an ice/dragon rockhopper penguin lol. I thought it would be neat if the mon had some ice "shields" on their arms. Basically, they can expand and contract at will. Imagine them placing their forearms together to form a large shield in front of their bodies.

And the lil fella has inflatable pants lmao. I like to imagine it waddling around and being incredibly clumsy.

Also wanted to share the flavor text from the commissioner, RaginPenguin. Now I really want an ice-only Pokémon region, plz, and thanks!

Dex Entry: Floeguin, The Floe Pokemon. Found primarily in the icy waters, these Pokémon seem to float aimlessly. The lower half of their body acts as a flotation device that keeps these Pokémon afloat even in the roughest of waters. Their colonies are known colloquially as rafts, and local sailors alert people to steer clear of them if found.
