There was only the one Mario-Rabbids game back when I first drew this, a concept for Pauline in the game. The Rabbid gets the slinky dress because I felt that fit the game's humor, and I tried to use her accessories to make a silly tommy gun because of the 40's vibe of New Donk City.
I did go back and rework the color and shading some time later.
