concept tune for my surrealist retake on sonic.exe - actually more of a retake x2 since this was a older exe oc i had lying around that i didn't like how it ended up turning out.
anyways, say hi to "SoNC: RINGS A-ROUND!", aka sonic.exe if it was a bootleg sonic 1 that used waaay more surrealism and abstract horror stuff.
