This is Soto the Apex Dragon of Wind and Sound from the #Dragon'sWorld multiverse she's the closest Apex Dragon to Hikakage and the far more likable of the pair being the one most of The Force actually like to interact with. Initially stuck to Hikakage out of fear of some of the other Apex Dragons but grew out of that fear a long time ago. Soto shows herself to carefree to practically a fault and fun loving to a large extent putting what she enjoys over a majority of things often earning either the admiration or ire of pretty much everyone around her due to her general perceived unserious nature but when things get dire Soto drops all pretenses and is startlingly competent.
