ngl I'm shocked I haven't uploaded Blackout already. He's my delta electric Corviknight inspired by nightfuries & the skrill from HTTYD

The blackout storm pokemon. A highly aggressive but intelligent electric corviknight who maintains his roost upon a large spire surrounded in constant swirling storm clouds. It uses its dark metal armor to act as a giant lightning rod in the sky, using the electricity from the storms to boost its own attacks. The lighter blueish grey parts of his feathers glow and flicker like lightning in a storm cloud when generating or absorbing electricity.
