I've been wanted to make a Neopets oc for a while, and a few years back I finally got the chance... By joining the Raggedy Ann and Andy fandom! Lolz I just had to make a self insert oc and because I'm a Furry no way was I making a ragdoll, so I actually based Thunder off of a real Gelert plush I had as a kid, the one I had was all yellow so just for artistic sake I made a much more interesting character design when I draw him, tho in the fanfic (yes I wrote a fanfic) I describe him as being just yellow reference
