This will be my introduction. I've been meaning to write this weeks ago (as one may tell from my occasional posting here), but I've just now beaten the pushback.

Hello, call me Thenri. For as long as I lived I was a daydreamer living in my own worlds, so a huge burst of inspiration about 7 years ago got me to pick up drawing seriously. Heavy clout chasing (and growing up in general) made me lose that whimsy I used to have, but I'm working on getting it back.

In more recent times I've been looking for a platform to share my work. Mainstream social media, while they're the ones offering actual outreach, also feel the most disconnected. Discord's great for chatting, but it was not designed to show off art. It's awful burying someone else's work.
I can see potential in sheezy becoming a legit successor to the dA of old, the profile customization is indeed great, so I'm giving it a try. If I can give a suggestion, I'd really want the feed to be easier to access. And for it to be presented like a gallery like everything else.
(update: I found out you can search for "following", thats literally what i wanted but it feels like a weird way to do it gfdfsdd)

Naturally, games have been my main pastime. I used to be a serious league player for some 5 years, and i'd say its my primary influence in all of my work (thanks to the yordles), but competitive games like that make me miserable these days, so now i'm trying to expand my horizons instead.

My dream is to be a professional somewhere in the indie scene. In the near-ish future I hope to be doing commissions or offering work, but for now I'm just looking for a place to casually share my art, try to get more involved with the artist community, and learn to enjoy life.
