I had a lot of fun drawing Ratigan! I found a cool pose for Ratigan from the animated movie and I noticed in this one particular scene, that he didn't have his long tail! I guess the animators forgot to add it in? Who knows. So, I added his tail. I wish I would have added a spotlight on him just to add to the mood of the drawing, but oh well. It was very fun to draw him. :)
