i mostly went w/ the demolition job idea for Waluigi because it fits his penchant for using bombs and his kart in Mario Kart DS being an excavator.

so tossing him into formerly working for Spike was pretty much a no brainer at this point-

i also decided to take an offhand mention in his MP9 constellation description seriously, and made his mustache not stick up as much.

since i needed a subtle reason to why no one would recognize him

(past the reason why he lost his memory inadvertently messing w/ everyone else's retroactively-)

anyone who WASN'T affected by that stuff somehow, just thinks it's a Jimmy T/P situation and the person that Waluigi ACTUALLY is, is just out in hiding or something idk-

you get the basic gist of what i'm talking about, so i'm just going to leave the rest in spoilers territory for now hehe-
