Princette Millie is the youngest of the three Royal-Koi that rule Summer. They have the same mother as Mila and Mitsuko, but a different father, whom had been a common Veritan. This led to Millie having two gifts, the Gift of Summer and Form-Shfting. Millie is not the only Royal to have two gifts.
