Have a Cassandy-- comes in blue!

All it took was a drawing of a cartoony Hatsune Miku in a jester outfit for me to draw my beloved OC Cassandy in an overall blue get up. The trickiest part was definitely the color palette, because I wanted all of the shades of blue to be perfectly balanced and I somehow did it, even with the slightly purple-ish shoulder pads and elf shoes.
