(i'm getting my main Swatch pieces i've done out of the way because they span several years)

the idea here is i literally never stop thinking about Swatch's connection and creation of the NEO body but also their emptiness over their greatest creation's lost potential . . they knew firsthand how much hope and power went into it from their communion with the Lightner and yet it rots away..
(i keep making paintings about this)

i've improved a lot in my understanding of anatomy and style since this but i still think it holds up solidly! i'm proud of it.. there's plenty here i would change or do differently in another time, but that's what growth is

also i remember being PISSED because i decided to paint Windows Aero. don't let me do that ever again
