expand_morehave you guys ever like fell asleep at 8 or 7 pm [i guess in the evening], and found yourself waking up at 12 am or during midnight?
i slept like from 8 pm to 12 am and i genuinely feel well-rested, but how the hell am i supposed to sleep after 5 hours of taking a nap?
either stay up to 6 am or sleep late, but now the sleeping part sounds impossible
