Bilby is one of the best animated shorts I've seen in ages. It's a been a long time since any animation warmed my heart so much. Sure, there's been plenty of Pixar movies that made me cry, but warm fuzzies that made me feel all gooshy inside? I can't remember the last time that's happened. And the main character has quickly become one of my favorites.

It's definitely worth mentioning that Bilby is actually the end result of a cancelled feature-length musical DreamWorks was making called Larrikins.
